What to include

• the product name and version;
• your operating system and relevant device details;
• what you expected, what happened, and any exact error text;
• safe reproduction steps;
• for an order issue, the order reference, purchase email, and checkout provider.

Screenshots and logs can contain file names, usernames, paths, document content, or other personal data. Review and redact them before sending. Share only what is needed for the request.

Orders and billing

The provider named on the receipt handles invoices, taxes, card charges, subscription changes, and provider-processed refunds. MerginIT can help identify the right provider and handle product delivery or technical issues. Review the Payment Providers and Refund and Withdrawal Policy pages before sending sensitive billing information.

Licences and device changes

Include the purchase email and order reference, but do not email the full licence key unless support specifically requests it. Product-specific terms govern device limits and transfers. For Dupe Zappa direct purchases, one licence permits one active device and can be moved by deactivating the old device first. Support can help reset activation when the old device is no longer available.

Privacy requests

For access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability requests, use the data-request page or email jonas@merginit.com. Identity verification may be required before personal data is disclosed or changed.
